These Terms of Service govern your use of FoxAudit, a compliance analysis service provided by StrataFox (hello@stratafox.com.au). By purchasing a FoxAudit report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
StrataFox is an Australian business operating under Australian law.
FoxAudit analyses documents you upload against the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW) and related legislation as at the date of your report, and produces a FoxAudit Report delivered to your nominated email address.
The service is automated. Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed by no human before delivery.
The service is provided as general information only. It does not constitute legal advice. It does not replace a professional strata inspection, legal review, or Section 184 certificate.
Coupon codes provide access subject to the same terms as paid access. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Demo codes provide one free report per email address.
By using FoxAudit you confirm that:
The documents you upload relate to a genuine NSW strata scheme and are documents you are authorised to share.
You will use the report for lawful purposes only.
You understand that findings are based solely on the documents you provide and may not reflect the complete compliance position of the scheme.
You will seek independent legal advice before acting on any finding in your report.
The current price for a FoxAudit report is AUD $29.00 (including GST where applicable). Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider.
StrataFox voluntarily offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as a commercial commitment, separate from and in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact hello@stratafox.com.au within 30 days for a full refund. No reason required.
Refunds will not be issued where the same email address has received more than two refunds for FoxAudit reports.
StrataFox may from time to time issue coupon codes that entitle the holder to a FoxAudit report at no charge or at a reduced price. Coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Each code may only be redeemed once. StrataFox reserves the right to cancel or expire coupon codes at any time. Coupon codes obtained through unauthorised means are void.
By submitting documents for a FoxAudit, you consent to StrataFox retaining an anonymised record of your analysis result for research and benchmarking purposes. This record contains your Fox Score, score band, category scores, postcode (if present in your documents), document count and types, number of categories assessed, scheme characteristics derived from your documents (such as lot count, building height, year built, scheme type, and management structure), data quality indicators, processing duration, and whether a coupon or demo code was used. It does not contain your email address, your strata plan number, any names, any financial figures, or any document content, and cannot be used to identify you or your scheme.
This data is used solely for aggregate research, including the StrataFox NSW Strata Compliance Index. It is never sold and never shared in a form that identifies individual schemes. Only groups containing ten or more reports are included in any published research.
FoxAudit reports are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may share your report with your strata committee, legal advisers, or strata manager. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute report content without written permission from StrataFox.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, StrataFox's liability for any claim arising from use of FoxAudit is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.
StrataFox is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on report findings without independent professional verification.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
FoxAudit reports are generated automatically using artificial intelligence. StrataFox does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any finding, score, or legislative reference contained in a report. AI systems can produce incorrect outputs. You are responsible for independently verifying all findings before taking any action based on this report.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at stratafox.com.au/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
